Who We Are
Wickman Contracting was founded by Mike Wickman, an electrical engineering graduate with a background spanning skilled trades, construction, entrepreneurship, and entertainment production.
The company carries the name of Mike’s late father, Don Wickman, an 82nd Airborne veteran, police officer, and entrepreneur who taught him the importance of hard work, integrity, keeping your word, and respecting the value of a dollar.
Those lessons became part of the standard behind the company today.
If we’re going to put the Wickman name on it, we want to be proud of it.

After building the company in Texas, Mike and his wife, Haley, brought Wickman Contracting to Middle Tennessee in 2026.
We’re excited to put down roots here and serve the homeowners, families, entrepreneurs, professionals, artists, musicians, and creators who make the Nashville area such an extraordinary place to live.
